e're going to chalk up Grosse Pointe's past tensions with the city of Detroit as one big "misunderstanding." In fact a cluster of five communities-the Farms, Park, Shores, Woods and city proper-the Pointes are undeniably peppered with hidden gems in the arenas of shopping and sightseeing, but the mother lode of the area's attractions consist of cuisine.
