n an effort to raise health awareness in the black community, radio host Tom Joyner and restaurant chain Denny’s recently launched a nationwide sweepstakes that will send the winner and a guest on an all-expenses paid trip to a health festival in October.
The festival, part of the Take a Loved One to the Doctor Day celebration, will take place Friday, Oct. 19 and Saturday, Oct. 20 in Philadelphia. The event will include a health expo where attendees can receive free health services and information and enjoy live entertainment.
