She had a verbal argument with her mother. When her mother went to check on Martia around 3:50 a.m., she had left the house.
Washington is 5'-4" , weighs 140 lbs, has medium brown complexion, and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray shirt and jogging pants.
She has good mental and physical conditions.
