Detroit Police report Jordan Carter, 21, has been missing since July 24.
He was last seen on around 2:30 p.m. in the area of E. State Fair and Gratiot. Carter is 6'-3", 220 lbs., with brown eyes, red hair and a tattoo on his right arm.
Police say he "has poor mental and good physical conditions."
