Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that Robin Roberts is taking a medical leave from “Good Morning America.” You probably didn’t know that Oprah will be filling in as one of the guest hosts. So, what’s the big deal? Oprah’s BFF, Gayle King, is one of the hosts on “CBS This Morning”, a rival show of “GMA”.  Let the ratings war begin.

Zane has something new…

If you enjoyed the Sex Chronicles, get ready for The Jumpoff. Best selling author, Zane, has a new series premiering on Cinemax. The Jumpoff will follow the lives of five men, two single, one married, one divorced and one separated. The series starts in early 2013.  So, until then, entertain yourself with Zane’s new book, Zane’s Z-Rated: Chocolate Flava 3.  According to Zane, “this is not a book that you want to read while you’re at work”.

Female members at Full Gospel Baptist in Atlanta, Georgia got a different type of “blessing” from Pastor Craig Lamar Davis.  The Pastor was arrested for allegedly giving HIV to women in the church.  Yes, he is lowdown for this, but can you really expect to be blessed when you are doing wrong? He’s a married man. This puts a new spin on laying down with dogs and getting up with fleas. Wow!

Gabby can’t catch a break…

Gabby Douglas made history in the 2012 London Olympics. The victory was quickly sidelined as the world debated her hair. Well, now there is another cloud. Oprah sat down with Gabby recently and Gabby revealed the racism she experienced at her training gym in the early years. You know people don’t like to be called out so, in true fashion they are attacking Gabby and calling her a liar. Shame on you, Excalibur.
