Bria Murphy, Eddie Murphy’s eldest daughter, just married actor Michael Xavier, in an intimate wedding at Beverly Hills, as reported by US Weekly. Bria donned a white, mermaid cut wedding dress adorned with delicate lace with floral motifs. The dress, designed by Netta BenShabu, was paired with a lace, arm-length gloves with matching floral designs. The dressed looked light and ethereal. The bride’s exposed shoulders and neck was adorned with a matching necklace set with light pink, cream-colored, and clear sparkling gemstones. A matching pair of dangling earrings, with the same gemstones as the necklace, exquisitely framed her face. Meanwhile, the groom wore a Knot Standard tuxedo styled by Dion Lattimore.

Seven months prior, Bria announced their engagement in an Instagram post. “My heart, my best friend, my forever. I love you, always. ?,” her post read. The announcement came with a set of engagement photos with the then bride-to-be wearing an off-shoulder, vibrant red dress, and the then groom-to-be wearing a black dress jacket with a blue-tinted gray shirt. In another post, “I can’t wait to marry you. ?,” Bria wrote.

In one of the photos of the couple and the bride’s parents, Eddie Murphy looked proud of her daughter. He wore a deep blue-black dress jacket paired with the same-colored dress pants and coupled with a white Oxford shirt with the top button opened for a relaxed look.
