The Perfect Figure
Equipment
- Glassware – Rocks glass
Ingredients
- 2 oz Duke and Dame Salted Caramel Whiskey
- 1 tbsp Fig Preserves
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
- 1 Ginger Beer
- 1 Thyme, garnish
Instructions
- Add whiskey, fig preserves, lemon juice, and bitters to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake until cold.
- In a rocks glass, add ice and strain mixture into glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with thyme.
