Essentially a sour topped with a little club soda, the Tom Collins is a classic cocktail that’s as easy to add a twist and keep it delicious to whip up at home as it is at your favorite bar. The ingredients are simple; a refreshing mix of your favorite Gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and soda all topped off with a bright red maraschino cherry.

Tom Collins
Ingredients
- 2 oz Indoggo Gin
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- Club Soda
Instructions
- Build all ingredients in a glass with ice.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a lemon slice and a cherry.
