Ingredients

• 9 cups apple cider
• 1⅓ cups orange juice
• ¾ cup lemon juice
• 1 liter ginger ale
• 2 pcs apples sliced
• 1 pc orange sliced
• 3 pcs cinnamon sticks
• ice

Instructions

 

• Add the cinnamon sticks, orange segments, and apple slices. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  2 pcs apples, 3 pcs cinnamon sticks, 1 pc orange
• Add ginger ale when ready to serve, then pour over ice-filled glasses.
  1 liter ginger ale, ice

Ingredients

  

• ⅔ cup sugar to taste
• 2 pcs cinnamon sticks
• 2 pcs whole cloves
• 1 pc whole allspice berry
• 1 bottle apple cider
• 1 can orange juice concentrate
• 1 liter ginger ale
• 1 pc orange sliced

Instructions

 

• Place sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice, apple cider, and sliced orange pieces in a saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  2 pcs cinnamon sticks, 2 pcs whole cloves, 1 pc whole allspice berry, 1 bottle apple cider, 1 pc orange, ⅔ cup sugar
• Remove from heat; stir in the orange juice concentrate until combined.
  1 can orange juice concentrate
• Strain the mixture into a large pitcher. Let it cool and refrigerate, covered, until cold.
• To serve, pour the cider mixture into a punch bowl. Stir in ginger ale slowly to keep the fizz. If desired, garnish with orange slices.
  1 liter ginger ale
• If you like to keep as much of the ginger ale fizz, you may alternatively serve the mulled cider into glasses, over ice; layer the ginger ale on top; and garnish with orange slices.

• 3½ cups apple cider
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 pc cinnamon stick
• ½ tsp ground nutmeg
• 3 cups orange juice
• 3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
• 1 tsp whole cloves
• 1 pc orange cut to wedges
• apple slices

Instructions

 

• In a large saucepan, add the cider, sugar, cinnamon stick, and nutmeg. Bring the mixture to boiling temperature and reduce the heat. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3½ cups apple cider, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 pc cinnamon stick, ½ tsp ground nutmeg
• Add the orange and pineapple juices.
  3 cups orange juice, 3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
• Insert the cloves into the orange wedges and add them to the saucepan. Heat for 3 minutes
  1 tsp whole cloves, 1 pc orange
• Take out the cinnamon stick. Serve warm. Garnish with apple slices
