The Real “House” Husbands
Actually it is called “Real Husbands of Hollywood.” Based on Kevin Hart’s hilarious sketch shown on the 2011 BET awards, the show will premiere on BET in 2013.
It will feature Kevin Hart, Nick Cannon, Duane Martin, Robin Thicke, Boris Kodjoe, JB SMoove and Faizon Love. Not sure if it will be a full hour or 30 minutes. Either way, with this cast, we are in for some laughs. Catch the sneak peek here.
Rumor Has It
Los Angeles Clippers' player Matt Barnes and “Basketball Wives of LA” castmember Gloria Govan have tied the knot. Last season’s finale had these two packing boxes and splitting up. In the first episode of season two, Gloria speaks of how the eight months apart gave them both time to grow and see who they are, what they really want, etc.
In her words, they are “two stronger people” coming back together. Well, I can’t find any pictures, but this is a snippet of a marriage license. I’m sure they are trying to keep it hush-hush to include it in the show this season. Congrats to Matt and Gloria. Now that makes three actual wives on the show.
Mama Knowles Would Know
The blogs have been heating up in the past few days with stories of Beyonce being pregnant again. There were some pictures snapped, one in particular showed her wearing a leopard print dress and she looked like she had quite a gut. Well, Mama Knowles has spoken, saying: “It’s gonna happen when it’s time, but not right now.”
Who do you believe, your eyes or Mama Knowles? I mean there were plenty or rumors when Blue Ivy was just a bun in the oven, but the announcement didn’t come until much later. Keep watching.
The Truth Will Come Out
When Chris Lighty died of an alleged suicide from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, family and friends immediately said, “no way.” Speculation of foul play quickly fell on his wife.
If you thought questions were going away because the body has been laid to rest, think again. Rapper “50 Cent” is funding a full investigation on the death of Lightly. Apparently 50 was asked for his help by Chris’ mother.
Let’s hope there are answers and closure for the family.
