The Business
Snoballs are good year-round, which is enough of an excuse to try one of Suga Mama's New Orleans-style treats. Owner Marci Clark recently opened a storefront in Whitehaven, after achieving a large following with her food truck. The colorful spot is welcoming, and the service is quick. Suga Mama's specialties include a banana pudding snoball and a cheesecake snoball with real cheesecake added. We went with another one of her specialty flavors, Bob Marley, which is a mix of mango, green apple and red raspberry. You can't see it, but there's also a scoop of vanilla ice cream in there. Get up, stand up, and go visit.
