The Business

The Barbecue Shop is an award-winning spot for some of the tastiest ribs in town. It was originally owned by Brady Vincent and then passed to the current owners of the shop, Frank and Hazelteen Vernon, in the 1980s. Although the barbecue debate in Memphis is very divided, the Barbecue shop is definitely known as a local favorite. They now sell their sauces through the "Dancing Pigs" brand which can be found at local Krogers.
