The Neely family is world-famous when it comes to barbecue, and it all started at Interstate. It’s literally right off of exit 7 on I-55 and well worth a visit. A large chopped with extra sauce will gently rock you into a welcome food coma. Take friends, though, so you can try the ribs and the spaghetti too. And the pecan pie!
