The Business

Chef Abrian Clay has a food truck and he's set up on the corner of East Parkway and Summer/North Parkway Tuesday through Saturday. In addition to his signature smoked tuna dip, there are a couple others worth trying like the smoked chicken salad and the smoked buffalo chicken salad. He's also doing plate lunches and dinners for those of you looking for smoked salmon, wings, catfish and lamb chops!
