This whiskey is named in honor of Nathan “Nearest” Green, the first known African-American master distiller who played a crucial role in perfecting the Lincoln County Process, a unique filtering method used to create Tennessee whiskey. Uncle Nearest Whiskey Lemonade
- 2 oz Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- Club soda
- Lemon wheel and mint sprig for garnish
Combine whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wheel and mint sprig. Cheers! ?
