One Fragrance Co. Offers Gender-Neutral Fragrances, Introduces New Line

One Fragrance Co. was designed with the idea that a scent should be about the individual – not the gender. Jamie Wadsworth created a gender-neutral fragrance line to reframe the way we see self-expression and representation. “One (Fragrance) represents the individual. There is only one you, there’s (only) ever going to be one you. That is your individuality,” explains Wadsworth.

One Fragrance launched in fall 2018 with a line of vegan, cruelty-, phthalate- and paraben-free products. Wadsworth’s first scent, Enigma, made use of citrus – something both men and women can easily wear. “’Enigma’ meant different,” she says, “and I wanted to represent duality.” After success with her first fragrance, she celebrated the brand’s one-year anniversary with the new Heaven on Earth collection.

“Heaven on Earth is really just about feeling some type of peace while you’re here, and (about) what motivates you and feeling like your best self on earth.” The new collection introduces four new scents: Gilded, Armor, Sundaze and The Garden, all with a variety of masculine, feminine, fun and flirty notes.

She also added a skin care line which includes hand-poured soap, a Slick Stick lotion bar and a shimmering body oil. Expect a lot more from the One Fragrance Co. in the new year, like pop-ups and more body care products. Wadsworth says, “Another thing I’m working on is having parties where people can make their own scent.”
