Three miniature espresso martinis arrive together, each pulling fall in a different direction. One goes toward pumpkin pie, another toward cinnamon and brown sugar, and the third settles into hazelnut and chai.

Together, they make up Winsome Prime’s $35 Espresso Martini Flight, a seasonal trio designed for the table rather than a quick decision at the bar. The Pumpkin Pie Espresso Martini blends coffee liqueur, white chocolate and pumpkin spice. The Cinnamon Brown Sugar version keeps its focus in the name. A Hazelnut Chai Espresso Martini finishes with a crumble of vanilla tea leaves.

The rest of the fall menu moves beyond coffee. The Key Lime Pie Martini brings whipped vodka, lime, pineapple and kaffir lime to a graham cracker rim. Nearest Exit pairs D’Ussé VSOP cognac with yuzu, honey liqueur and saffron honey.

The Cajun Caviar Martini takes a more savory turn, combining vodka, dry vermouth, lemon, hibiscus grenadine and elderflower, then serving it with caviar-topped potato chips.

The collection is expected to remain available through Thanksgiving. Winsome Prime is located at 5888 Westheimer Road in Houston.
