Join Big Sean this Saturday, Aug. 27, for his 4th annual Detroit’s On Now (DON) Weekend — best known as the Block Party! This family-friendly event features Detroit’s emerging artists, creatives and entrepreneurs offering healing yoga, e-gaming, DON Talks, outdoor carnival activities, performances and an art exhibit walk. Tickets are free, but crowd sizes will be limited to ensure COVID-19 safety precautions are honored.

The Block Party starts with Team Big Sean versus Team City Council President Mary Sheffield in the celebrity kickball competition.
Big Sean and the Sean Anderson Foundation (SAF) started the weekend festival in 2018 as a celebration of Detroit families, entrepreneurs and long-standing institutions, who are the backbone of the city. Through neighborhood activations, entrepreneurial accelerators and fun engaging events, the DON Weekend highlights what makes Detroit and its people the greatest in the world while empowering residents to achieve economic mobility.
