Located on Detroit’s west side, Fusion Flare Kitchen & Cocktails lives up to its moniker with a blending – or rather, a fusion – of American and soul food offerings with a “flare” for unique drink pairings.
You can sample the Fusion Award Winning Grilled Chicken Salad, the Fusion Flare Burger (a half-pound of angus ground beef), the Fusion Flare Chicken and Waffle, as well as handcrafted cocktails like the Fushion Mule, Pomegranate Martini and a host of others.
Fusion Flare Kitchen & Cocktails is right in the Joy Community, and is the first sit-down spot in over 20 years. Stop in for lunch or dinner.
