Detroit Independent Breweries form to create the Detroit Brewery Garden during Charivari Detroit Festival

A group of some of Detroit’s best independent breweries has come together with a local summer festival Charivari Detroit to create the Detroit Brewery Garden.

In its ninth year, the annual four day Charivari Detroit is the second largest electronic music festival in Detroit and will be held August 11th through 14th at the Historic Fort Wayne. The Detroit Brewery Garden will feature six of Detroit’s best independent microbreweries. Batch Brewing Company, Brew Detroit, Brewery Faison, Eastern Market Brewing Company, Motor City Brewing Works, and Tenacity Craft who will each be featured in the Detroit Brewery Garden at the festival. This collaboration will be an exciting first in teaming both the electronic music and craft brewery communities.

Charivari Detroit is first and foremost a celebration of Detroit and it’s contributions to electronic dance music. Techno music is a Detroit creation and Detroit is flush with the pioneers and present day masters of the genre. Detroit is also a hub of many of the most talented and respected DJs and producers of House music. Charivari Detroit will present three stages of DJs, local vending, food trucks, Artists, yoga and BEER!
